I'm a UX researcher with a passion for cloud products, B2B research, and tech enterprise customers.
I am currently the lead researcher for AWS storage services.
Previously, I led research for the Amazon Elastic Container Registry service. And before that, I was a Learning Experience Designer in AWS Support Engineering.
I have a PhD in Victorian British History but ended up in the world of big tech. When I was an academic qualitative researcher, I taught PhD-level theory and method courses, presented at numerous conferences, wrote articles, and published a book on Victorian mental models of print technology and consumer goods.
In short, I'm fascinated by how people make sense of the world around them and interpret their experiences with products.
Just for fun: I'm learning Norwegian and love to hike in the amazing forests of the Pacific northwest.
